Eva Schulz is a independent lawyer who supports Liquid Partners in legal due diligence and contracting. After studying law, Eva worked as a lawyer at Knauthe – Attorneys-At-Law and in auditing at BDO Deutsche Wirtschaftstreuhand AG. Since 2004 Eva works as a lawyer entirely focused on VC and PE transactions. She has an in-depth understanding and a very broad and thorough experience in contract drafting and due diligence for direct VC and PE investments.
Thomas is a seasoned senior executive. Since 10 years he is investing in growth companies and other real assets. His various management positions took Thomas to work and take responsibility for companies around the world gaining a good perspective and judgement on any kind of internationalization questions. He executed numerous large scale M&A transactions and was instrumental in the IPO of the travel company at the London Stock Exchange.
